Mayte Uceda works on her two greatest passions, music and literature. In 2009, pushed by her desire to tell stories, she began to write her first novel, The Angels of the Tower, a romance with paranormal elements that she selfpublished digitally in 2013 to excellent responses from readers. Her second novel, A Love For Rebeca (2014), was also published digitally and remained for more than sixty consecutive days one of the bestselling ebooks on Amazon Spain. It was translated into English and German. Her most recent novel, Alice and the Theory of the Infinite Monkeys, was published by Planeta in 2016, by Piper in Germany, and by Newton Compton in Italy.
