Miquel Fañanàs, journalist and author, has collaborated with numerous media outlets, published more that twenty novels, and has won the following literary prizes: the Just M. Casero Prize for short fiction, the Ciutat d’Olot Prize for the novel, the Vall d’Albaida Prize for Erotic Literature, the Ciutat de Badalona Prize for YA literature, and the Nèstor Luján Prize for the historic novel with La bruixa de pedra (The Stone Witch, Columna, 2012). With Columna, he has also published El gran inquisidor (The Grand Inquisitor, 2015) y Bonastruc, el jueu (Nachmanides, the Jew, 2017).
