What are you feeling right now?
Identifying what you’re feeling sounds easy but it’s not at all. We’ve been taught to think, act and make decisions, but what about how we feel?
This diary addresses that very question, helping us to feel, identify and express our emotions in a playful, practical, fun and creative way.
Through a series of artistic exercises, you will be able to unleash your creativity, control your negative emotions and enhance your positive ones, thus improving your self-esteem and your knowledge of yourself.
But don’t worry, you don’t need to know how to draw.
You just need three things:
- A pen or pencil.
- Willingness to experience new things and have a good time.
- Willingness to get to know yourself.
