Aleix Gusart Trujillo is a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in therapeutic personal training and the title of certified trainer in functional strength training, in addition to being a specialist in treating patients with chronic pain. Through his studies, he has discovered that many people are still reluctant to visit a physiotherapist’s office, or lack knowledge on the keys to the pain that affects their daily life. This has motivated him to share more widely his knowledge via social media, to break down barriers and help people free themselves from their pain.
